Why did you decide to run for this office in 2024?

I believe that our community is at it's best when hardworking citizens are involved in the political processes. I have a deep desire to serve our community and Law Enforcement is the area I am best suited to serve.

If elected, what will be your top three priorities in office?

#1 Be more proactive in my service to the people of my precinct by perfoming patrol duties on top of my civil duties.

#2 Strengthen the relationships in all areas of my office which includes other agencies, other elected officials in the area, but most importantly the citizens of Potter County.

#3 Ensure that the people of Potter County no longer have to ask the question "what does a Constable even do" ever again.

What is an issue you believe has gone overlooked in your race and how will you address it if elected?

The law enforcement role of a Constable is always overlooked. I understand that the primary role of a Constable in this area involves civil processes, and bailiffing the Justice of the Peace Court, but they can also enforce state laws. I've never seen a Constable conducting a traffic stop. The people of Potter County can only benefit from more police presence and I don't believe it is done nearly enough and I will lead by example in this aspect.

Do you have any notable endorsements you would like to highlight for voters?

None at this time.

Why are you the best candidate for voters to support for this position?

I not only know I am the best candidate from a law enforcement perspective, but I also know that from a community involvement perspective, such as starting and leading in programs that give back to the community makes me the best candidate. I may not have the experience my opponent has, but I would argue that experience doesn't always make the best candidate. For example, most politicians ever.
