Why did you decide to run for this office in 2025?
I currently hold the position on the Board of Directors, Precinct 9 and feel there is still work we need to do for the conservation of water in the area.
If elected, what will be your top three priorities in office?
Keep spending under control, conservation of water, new techniques for water conservation/usage
What is an issue you believe has gone overlooked in your race and how will you address it if elected?
New technology for reclaiming water from industrial and municipal use.
What is your position on the issue of taxpayer-funded lobbying? Please explain.
In some instances, it is necessary. There are bills being presented that negatively impact the Texas panhandle written by people that live in larger cities in the southern part of the state.
Why are you the best candidate for voters to support for this position?
I've held a drillers' license in Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma for over 30-years and have extensive knowledge of saturated thicknesses and geology of areas that produce water.
