The Dallas City Council unanimously voted to approve hiring T.C. Broadnax, as Dallas' new City Manager.
Broadnax, the current City Manager of Tacoma, Washington, was announced as the nominee last week.
Broadnax will succeed retiring City Manager A.C. Gonzalez.
