"On Monday December 26th at 1:40 PM, APD officers were dispatched to the 400 block of South Western on a male suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower body.
A white male, 35, told officers that he was driving westbound on SW 6th Avenue. The other party was also driving westbound on SW 6th Avenue in a cream or gold colored Lexus four door. At some point there was an incident that lead to both drivers shooting at each other while they were driving. The victim was struck at least one time in the lower body.
He was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries. The driver of the Lexus is described as a black male. There might be damage to the Lexus and it might be missing a window. Multiple shell casings from this incident were located at SW 6th and S. Western Street.
