Overstreet Running for County Court at Law

Wade Overstreet has announced that he will running for Potter County Court at Law #2 in 2018.

Overstreet announced his campaign through the creation of a Facebook page. Overstreet, a local attorney and veteran, is a county official who claims to have been in served in or headed every department in Potter County Attorney's Office, excluding juvenile prosecution.

The second candidate to announce candidacy for a Potter County bench, Overstreet joins Brown & Fortunato tax lawyer Matthew Hand in the race for Potter County Court at Law #2. Other speculated candidates include Judge Jeremy Fowler and local attorney Kerry Haney.

Incumbent Judge Pamela Sirmon has not yet declared whether she will seek another term in the office.

Interested candidates can begin filing for County office in November and the deadline for filing is in mid-December.
