The Randall County Sheriff's Office is investigating an incident after two mobile homes caught fire this morning.
Randall County officials are reporting that at about 4am Wednesday morning, Randall County fire officials were dispatched to a fire at 1104 Prescott in the Amberwood mobile park. As fire crews arrived at the Prescott fire, another fire was reported at 1204 Casa Grande, one street east of the Prescott fire.
Officials report that the Casa Grande fire was under control at 4:55 am, and the Prescott fire was under control at 6:19 am. Heavy fire and smoke damage occurred on Prescott while light to moderate damage occurred on Casa Grande.
Both fires were vacant at the time of the incident.
Deputies are considering the fires to be suspicious and likely related and are investigating with the Randall County Fire Department.
