Firefighters are battling a grassfire near the area of Cherry Avenue and River Road.
According to the reports, the fire began sometime this afternoon. The majority of the Texas Panhandle has been under a Red Flag Warning today, which was issued by the National Weather Service.
Currently, no evacuations have been held in the area of the fire.
To avoid causing any wildfires, please be cautious regarding open flames and high wind speeds.
