TIRZ Board to Consider New Application

The Center City Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone board will hold its scheduled meeting, this week.

During the meeting, the Center City TIRZ board will hear an application for TIRZ incentives associated with the historic Levine Building at 800 S. Polk. According to Potter-Randall County tax records, the property currently belongs to 800 S. Polk LP. The board will discuss and consider the application.

Also during the meeting, the board will hold an Executive Session and a public forum. The board will also hear and consider the TIRZ #1 September 30, 2016 Audit.

The board meeting will be held in Room 306 of Amarillo City Hall (509 SE 7th Avenue). The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 9th.

The meeting will begin at 12pm.
