The Randall County Sheriff's Office is hosting a drug take back box at the jail visitation lobby at 9100 S. Georgia.
The Sheriff's Office is providing an opportunity for the public to anonymously surrender expired, unwanted or unused prescription drugs. Over the counter medications are also accepted.
Participants may dispose of the drugs in their containers or out of their containers and directly into the box.
Items not accepted include needles, injectables, cleaning supplies, and household waste. Illicit substances such as marijuana and methamphetamine will also not be accepted.
