According to the report from the Dallas Morning News, reporters from Major League Baseball are saying that the Chicago Cubs are interested in a potential trade for Darvish. The Cubs acquired Jose Quintana earlier this year as a rotation centerpiece, and an addition of Darvish would be the Chicago attempt to bolster the rotation.
The move comes as it was reported this morning that the Rangers are beginning to "gauge" interest for a potential Darvish trade.
