Flags in Texas will be returning to full mast after a 30 day period.
Governor Greg Abbott’s office released a statement on Friday, reporting that flags will return to full mast on Monday, December 31st, as the 30 day half-mast period has expired. The 30-day period was previously ordered to honor the life of President George H.W. Bush, who recently passed away.
The Governor’s Office says flags should be at full mast by sunrise on Monday.
