The Amarillo Economic Development Corporation will be hosting a “State of the Economy” event next month.
On January 31, 2019, at 7:30AM, the Amarillo EDC will host its inaugural “State of the Economy” event at the Embassy Suites Hotel downtown. The event will feature speakers discussing how macroeconomic issues affect the growth of the Amarillo.
Tony DeLisi and Dane Stangler are scheduled as speakers for the event. Panhandle PBS’ Karen Welch will serve as the moderator for a panel discussion.
AEDC officials say the believe the event, which will be the first of its kind in Amarillo, will inform citizens on the AEDC’s functions and the economic conditions of Amarillo looking ahead to future years
