Last Pitch: Walt Weaver for Potter County Court at Law #1

Prior to the March 6th primary, we invited every local candidate running for a judicial spot to tell voters their last pitch before election day. These article originally were published on Friday, March 2nd, but are being republished as a way of better educating voters on their important choices. Election Day is Tuesday, May 22nd.

Walt Weaver, Republican for Potter County Court at Law #1

Why should voters choose you on May 22nd?

I am the most experienced candidate running for Potter County Court at Law #1 and experience matters when presiding over a court.

For the past 24 years I have practiced criminal, family and civil law right here in Amarillo. No other candidate has as much experience as I do handling trials on these matters here in Amarillo. Further, I am the only candidate who is Board Certified in Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I have the knowledge, experience and temperament necessary to be able to efficiently run a very busy court yet permit all those that come before the bench feel like they got to have their say and be able to leave knowing they were treated with respect. I have the Right Experience and I am the Right Choice.

I am Walt Weaver and I would appreciate your Vote.
