Officials with the Texas Department of Transportation are planning an emergency pothole repair this week.
According to TxDOT, crews will patch a pothole on Interstate 40, on Thursday around 7:30am. Drivers are encouraged to exercise caution and watch for a rolling blockade on I-40 westbound from Nelson Street to the downtown interchange.
The repairs are expected to take about 20 minutes to complete.
