The Amarillo Environmental Task Force will meet this week.

According to an agenda posted to Amarillo.gov, the Task Force will meet on Thursday, October 17th to receive staff reports and to discuss public service announcements. The PSAs will aim to encourage Amarilloans to recycle and will be presented through social media, press releases, and more, according to the agenda. Board members will also discuss website capabilities and will consider creating a campaign on waste reduction.

A public comment session will be held at the conclusion of the meeting.

Board members will gather at 6PM in Room 306 of Amarillo City Hall (601 South Buchanan).
