Amarillo Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help in locating this week’s “Stolen Auto Day” vehicle.
According to the Amarillo Police Department, authorities are looking to locate a 2009 silver GMC Sierra that was stolen from the 7800 block of Simpson Drive on Thursday, June 20th. The keys were left in the vehicle at the time, authorities say.
The vehicle should have a license displaying DHR-1006, with the last six of the VIN reading 125655.
If you have any information on the location of this vehicle, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 806-374-4400. If your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a reward.
