What do you have to give thanks for? A lot of people have difficulty thinking about their special things at Thanksgiving time.

I have a lot to be thankful for: I’m a cancer survivor.

Many things go through your mind as you are told about your future. You pray a lot. You wonder how much time you have to live. There are many things to ponder. Then you come to the conclusion of how you will take it, give it to the Lord, and let him handle it. He knows what to do in all emergencies. Count all of your blessings. Make a list of all the people you love. Laugh a lot. Give lots of hugs and call the people you love.

Go ahead. Grab life, be happy, and make decisions about your favorite things or what you like to do. My favorite things are my family and Jesus.

Happy Thanksgiving.
