Voters are being invited this week to meet one of eight candidates vying for a spot on the Amarillo ISD Board of Trustees in the upcoming May 4th election.
Aaron Ladd, a local business owner, will meet voters at a meet and greet on Thursday. The meet and greet will begin at 6PM at Metropolitan (Suite 1201) on Town Square Boulevard.
Ladd is making his first bid for office in the May 4th election, running for one of three seats on the board in the cumulative election. Candidates also running for seats on the board include incumbents Jim Austin and John Betancourt, and challengers Dick Ford, Kimberly Anderson, Alonzo Everhart, Hobert Brown, and Rob Parker.
