The names of candidates vying to become Amarillo's next City Manager have been announced.
Robert Cowell, of Amarillo, Mark L. McDaniel, of Dallas, Jared H. Miller, of San Marcos, Ronald L. Olson, of Corpus Christi, and James M. Twombly, of Tulsa, will be vying for the role.
Miller, Olson and Twombly have all served as City Manager of their respective cities. Cowell currently serves as interim city manager of Amarillo and Twombly serves as assistant city manager of Dallas.
Interviews will be conducted on January 9th and 10th.
