Axis Visits Local Christian School

Axis, a national religious touring group, is visiting one local school.

Students at San Jacinto Christian Academy were treated to a day with the Axis crew. The group, which is one of several nationwide touring groups under Axis' umbrella, visits churches and schools nationwide. The presentation is an interactive experience which combines art, music, and film into the group's message.

Axis will be presenting to San Jacinto students until tomorrow afternoon. The organization will also be presenting to parents of San Jacinto students on Monday night.

The organization was founded in 2007, and has visited nearly 600 venues nationwide. Estimates from Axis' website shows that about 132,000 students have attended Axis events since the organizations inception.

The group also sends out a "culture translator" which helps parents and educators "better understand the world their student inhabits."
