Libertarian Conservative Economist to Speak in Lubbock

Conservatarian economist Walter Williams will speaking in Lubbock this month.

It was announced this weekend that Walter Williams, a professor at George Mason University, will be speaking at Texas Tech University on Thursday, October 5th. Williams will be delivering the keynote address for the Texas Tech Free Market Institute's Public Speaker Series.

Williams is a well-known author, columnist and economist. Williams is described as a supporter of laissez-faire capitalism and an opponent of the Federal Reserve System.

The speech will take place on the Texas Tech campus in Lubbock and is free and open to the public.
