Officers from the Amarillo Police Department are investigating a robbery at a hotel that occurred on Tuesday.
According to APD, officers were dispatched to the Baymont Inn at 3411 West IH-40. Two male suspects had entered the business with ski masks and black jackets and had demanded money. The suspects had their hands in their pockets and made a motion that the clerks believed meant that they had weapons.
The suspects left with an undisclosed amount of money and the clerk was not injured in the robbery.
