The Amarillo Police Department is seeking the public's help in capturing the APD 'Fugitive of the Week.'
APD is seeking the public's help in capturing Anna Marie Tincher. Tincher is wanted wanted out of Randall County on two counts of "Credit/Debit Card abuse-Elderly Victim."
If you have any information on the whereabouts of Anna Marie Tincher, you are asked to call Amarillo Crime Stoppers at 806-374-4400 or submit a tip online at amapolice.org. If your tip leads to the arrest of Tincher, you could receive a reward up to $300.
