West Texas Watercolor Society Exhibit to Showcase in Lubbock

An exhibit organized by the West Texas Watercolor Society will soon be showcased in Lubbock.

It was announced this week that the annual exhibition of the West Texas Watercolor Society will be presented from December 1, 2017 through January 14, 2018 in Lubbock. The presentation will take place in the Fine Arts Gallery of Lubbock's Buddy Holly Center.

The exhibit will showcase various styles and cultures of watercolors from across West Texas during the exhibition. Kenneth Davis is serving as the juror for this year's exhibition.

According to the City of Lubbock, the participating artists in this year's exhibition will include: Cecelia Adams, Nancye H. Briggs, Aaron Brown, Cynthia Coon, James T. Davis, JoBeth Gilliam, Margaret A. Hodgson, Alba Jones, Nathalie Kelley, June Musick, Reg Narmour, Dyan Newton, Tim Oliver, Carol Peterson, Joyce Runyan, Iva Salinas, Annalee Schubert, Gary R. Terrell, Kathryn Thomas, and Gale Webb.
