Zoning Board of Adjustment to Decide Lot Variance Request

The Zoning Board of Adjustment will be hosting a meeting this week.

Members of the Amarillo Zoning Board of Adjustment will decide a lot variance request this week. If approved, the request would increase the maximum allowed lot coverage from the allowed 50% to 73% for construction of a new storage facility. 

V.M. Zanchettin submitted the request, on behalf of property owners, Zanchettin Brothers, Terrazzo & Tile Inc. The request is for a property at 1300 Southeast 9th Avenue.

The meeting will be held at 4pm on Thursday, November 9th in Room 306 of Amarillo City Hall (509 Southeast 7th Avenue).
