The Randall County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating Carleton Franklin.
According to information released by the Sheriff's Office, Franklin, 46, is being sought on a bond surrender for Driving While Intoxicated. Franklin's information released on Wednesday as part of the Sheriff's Office "Wanted Wednesday" program.
Franklin is 5'11", weighs 200 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
