The Amarillo Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors will meet on Friday.
According to the agenda posted to amarillo.gov, the Board will be presented with and will consider the approval of the 2015-2016 AEDC audit. The Board will also approve the Amarillo EnterPrize Challenge finalists and the AEDC Confidentiality Agreement, Conflict of Interest Agreement and Code of Ethics.
This meeting will also be the first to feature the AEDC's newest board member, Laura Street. Street was appointed, last week, to fill the unexpired term of Ginger Nelson, who resigned to run for mayor.
The meeting will be held at the AEDC offices at 801 S. Fillmore on Friday, February 24th.
The meeting will begin at 2pm.
