Cowboy Ron Bass has died.
Bass was a cowboy-themed professional wrestler who was billed from Pampa, Texas. Bass wrestled with the National Wrestling Alliance and the World Wrestling Federation. Bass was the NWA National Heavyweight Champion for a period in 1982.
Bass' gimmick was well known as he entered the arena to the sounds of a bullwhip.
Bass was 68-years-old.
