The Amarillo City Council will be looking to approve the annexation of land during Tuesday night's City Council meeting.
During the meeting, the City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding land annexation. The proposed annexation would include property "located near the northwest corner of the intersection of Tascosa Road (also known as RM 1061) and Ravenwood Drive, and north of a westerly projection of Ravenwood Drive," according to the Amarillo Police Department.
Also during Tuesday's meeting, the City Council will discuss and approve several contract awards.
The City Council meeting is set to take place Tuesday, August 1st in the City Council Chambers of Amarillo City Hall (509 SE 7th Avenue). The meeting will begin at 5pm.
