Tickets are now on sale for Friends of Fogelberg VIII.
The annual concert features the music of Dan Fogelberg, Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young. The event is aimed to help fight the deadly men's disease of prostate cancer by performing concerts and using funds raised to provide free screenings, education and awareness.
According to Panhandle Tickets, "The free screening, a PSA blood test, will take place Saturday, September 9th from 9:00 to noon at the 24 Hours in the Canyon Cancer Survivorship Center located at 4514 Cornell St., just south of the Amarillo Town Club. This year's screening will feature the 1st Annual 'Fogelburger Fest', where the first 400 men screened will be able to select a coupon for a free Fogelburger from one of their favorite restaurants, Blue Sky, Cowboy Gelato, Golden Light or Youngblood's."
The concerts will take place at the Globe News Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets for the concerts on September 7th and 8th are $16 each.
