A planned sale by the Randall County Sheriff's Office has been cancelled, according to information released from the Sheriff's Office.
The planned sale for next Tuesday at the Randall County courthouse has been cancelled. The original sale was planned by the Sheriff's Office to satisfy the judgement in the case of FRANK’S REPAIR PLUMBING, INC. V. TREY PORTER, AKA WALTER WILLIAM PORTER III AND WALTER W. PORTER, AND DBA OVERHEAD BUILDERS, in favor of Frank's Repair Plumbing.
No details were provided by the Sheriff's Office as to the reasoning for the sale's cancellation.
