A Texas route is one of the top potential routes in contention for a hyperloop by Hyperloop-One.
The company announced its nominations for the top ten potential routes for a hyperloop today and named the Dallas-Houston route as one of its top ten nominees. It is reported that if the hyperloop is built, Texans could get between cities in minutes.
A route being considered by the company would begin in Dallas and travel though Laredo before stopping in Houston. The proposed route is 640 miles long.
