Potter County Commissioners Renominate PRAD Members

Potter County's members of the Potter-Randall Appraisal District Board are likely to stay for another two year term.

During last week's Potter County Commissioners' Court meeting, members of the commission renominated the current members of the current Potter-Randall Appraisal District board for another two year term. The nominations from the commission will now be sent to PRAD officials, according to Potter County Judge Nancy Tanner.

Current members of the board who were renominated are: Zac Plummer, Gilbert Guzman, Jr., Cindy Spanel, Kay Ledbetter, Lillie P. Miller and Sherri Aylor.

Members of the PRAD board are responsible for overseeing the agency that sets property evaluations for properties in both counties. Those valuations are then used to calculate tax bills once the taxing entities set tax rates.
