J.D. Souther will be appearing in concert at Amarillo College, next month.
It was announced on Thursday morning that Souther, Amarillo College's 2017 Distinguished Alumnus, will appear in concert at AC's Concert Hall Theatre on October 26th.
Souther is a legendary songwriter and is credited with writing hits such as “Heartache Tonight,” and “New Kid in Town.” Souther is also an inductee into the Songwriter's Hall of Fame.
Tickets for Souther's concert at $25 each and can be picked up at the Amarillo College Foundation Office inside of the College Union Building on the AC Washington Street Campus. Tickets may also be reserved by calling the AC Foundation's office at (806) 371-5924.
Proceeds benefit the Amarillo College Music Department.
