One local movie theater will be showing a "Blade Runner" double feature on Thursday, October 5th.
It was announced today that the United Artists Regal theater at Interstate 40 and Soncy will be showing both the 1982 Ridley Scott classic science fiction-noir "Blade Runner" and the 2017 reboot sequel "Blade Runner 2049." Both films will be shown on the night of "Blade Runner 2049"'s release.
"Blade Runner" stars Harrison Ford as Rick Deckard, a "blade runner [who] must pursue and try to terminate four replicants who stole a ship in space and have returned to Earth to find their creator," according to IMDb. "Blade Runner 2049" stars Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Robin Wright, Jared Leto and Dave Bautista and is the sequel to the classic 1982 film.
