A number of gas stations have been placed up for bid, including one location in Amarillo.
On Monday, NRC Realty and Capital Investors announced the sale of twenty-four convenience stores and gas stations in Texas, Louisiana and other states. The locations are being sold through a bid process, with bids due on December 4th.
One gas station in Amarillo is up for sale, located at 1600 East Amarillo Boulevard. This appears to be the only store up for sale in Amarillo.
“These are attractive properties,” Evan Gladstone, NRC’s Executive Managing Director, said in a press release. “With the intense consolidation in the convenience stores industry, we expect spirited bidding from individual operators and local jobbers”.
