Condemnation Appeals Board to Consider Three Structure Removals

The City of Amarillo's Condemnation Appeals Board will consider the removal of three structures during a meeting this week.

On Thursday, February 15th, the Condemnation Appeals Board will hear appeals on the condemnation and ordered removal of three properties. The properties, located at 1706 Hazell Avenue, 2118 Pioneer Lane and 309 North Virginia, respectively, will be part of public hearings and the board may decide to order removal of the structures.

Also, following the meeting, the board will hold a public comment period for concerned members of the public to address their concerns to the board.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, at 4pm, in the Council Chambers of Amarillo City Hall (509 Southeast 7th Avenue).
