An Amarillo native will appear at an event held by the Amarillo Museum of Art next month.
On Friday, March 23rd, experimental guitarist Hayden Pedigo will appear at an event held at the Amarillo Museum of Art. 22HUNDRED: miniMALISM featuring Hayden Pedigo and Achievement in Art: The Collection of Mike and Dalia Engler, will take place at the Amarillo Museum of Art on the same night. The events will be cut into short time frames, beginning at 7pm, providing minisets with Pedigo and minitalks with Alex Gregory, curator of the museum. Gregory will discuss the collection of Mike and Dalia Engler that includes multiple types of mediums.
Pedigo is an experimental guitarist from Amarillo. The performer made headlines in 2017, when his album, Greetings from Amarillo, was named one of the best Texas albums of 2017 by Texas Monthly.
Admission for members of the museum is free. For non-members, admission will be $10.
