The first flight carrying Amarilloans to Phoenix will take place next month, the City of Amarillo said.
In an agenda posted for Wednesday, April 4th, the Airport Advisory Board announced that they will assemble at the Rick Husband International Airport in Amarillo for the first flight from Amarillo to Phoenix. The flight will be the inaugural voyage after the City of Amarillo announced last year the plans for a flight schedule for flights to depart from Rick Husband International Airport, landing in Phoenix, Arizona.
Board members will assemble at 7:45am for the first flight.
