Tom Hanks' 'Big' Coming Back to Amarillo Theaters

"Big" is coming back to Amarillo movie theaters next month.

According to Fandango.com, "Big" will appear in Amarillo cinemas on Sunday, July 15th and Wednesday, July 18th. The film is being brought back to the big screen as part of the Turner Classic Movies "Big Screen Classics" series.

"Big" is a 1988 film, directed by Penny Marshall and starring Tom Hanks. The film follows a teenage boy who awakes to find himself in the body of an adult man. Following its release, the comedy was nominated for several Academy Awards, including Best Actor for Hanks.

The film will be shown on both days at the UA Amarillo Star and Cinemark Hollywood 16 theaters. Tickets for the film's showings are available through fandango.com.
