If you don't like the driving in Amarillo, Lubbock might be a safer bet, one new study said.
According to the new WalletHub Best/Worst Cities to Drive In survey, Lubbock has been named the thirtieth best city to drive in in the United States. Lubbock took home the honor after being compared to one-hundred different cities across the country. Amarillo was not listed in the survey.
WalletHub compared four different categories to come up with the results of this survey. Categories considered included: Cost of Ownership & Maintenance, Traffic & Infrastructure, Safety, and Access to Vehicles & Maintenance.
In total, the best city to drive in, as ranked by the survey, is Raleigh, North Carolina. The worst city to drive in Detroit, Michigan.
