"West Texas A&M University has been ranked at No. 19 for Best Master’s in Economics in the country by College Choice, a leading authority in college and university rankings and resources. The ranking is based on institutional reputation, graduation rates, selectivity and faculty resources.
The data for the rankings comes from the National Center for Education Statistics’ IPEDS database, U.S. News & World Report, PayScale and individual college websites. WTAMU’s Master of Science in Finance and Economics (MSFE) is a 36-hour program that can be completed on campus, online or a combination of the two.
“I can’t express how proud I am for our MSFE program being ranked No. 19 by College Choice,” Taylor Walden, WTAMU alumna and mortgage loan originator of CNN Mortgage in Fort Worth, said. “This program was not easy but the results speak for themselves. As a graduate, I can attest that the amount of ambition and drive in my career stems from my time in the MSFE program at West Texas A&M. The faculty push for excellence and complete understanding, taking time with each of their students to be sure we succeed in the program.
