Amarillo Police are currently investigating a theft at a jewelry store.
According to APD, on November 6th, officers were sent to a jewelry store in the 3700 block of Olsen on a reported theft. Two Hispanic males entered the store and while one distracted the clerk, officers say the other took the display of five rings. The suspects left the store in what appeared to be a single cab 2000s model pickup with a pipe rack over the cab. The vehicle had paint peeling from the hood.
