Mark Kelly will speak at West Texas A&M University next week.
On Tuesday, April 2nd, Kelly, a NASA space mission commander, will speak at the First United Bank Center in Canyon. Kelly will speak to those gathered at 7PM, delivering his presentation, “Endeavor to Succeed.”
Kelly served in the United States Navy before being selected to become an astronaut in 1996. Kelly has lived on the International Space Station, and has a brother, Scott Kelly, who has also served aboard the International Space Station. Kelly currently works on the commercial crew safety board at SpaceX.
Additionally, Kelly is currently running for the U.S. Senate in Arizona as a Democrat.
Seating will begin for this event at 6PM.
