Utility bill distribution for some local residents has been delayed, officials say.
According to the City of Amarillo, due to a software change, the distribution of utility bills has been delayed. While this process is being completed, late fees and penalties will not be assessed for water, waste, sewer, and drainage. Services will also not be discontinued to non-payment.
