An arrest has been made in connection with the recent discovery of a body at a residence on South Monroe, Amarillo Police report.
According to APD, detectives say Matthew Hubbell, 37, was taken into custody and booked into the Potter County Detention Center on a charge of murder. The arrest came after a deceased person was found at a residence in the 1700 block of South Monroe. The Pioneer previously reported on the incident yesterday.
Justice of the Peace Debbie Horn has ordered an autopsy and the identity will be released once a positive identification has been made.
