Vanilla Ice to Perform at Texas Tech Game This Weekend

Rapper Vanilla Ice will be performing at halftime during Texas Tech’s basketball game against Iowa State this weekend.

On Saturday, January 18th, Vanilla Ice will take the court to excite the fans who have gathered to see the Red Raiders take on Iowa State at home. The appearance is being presented by Lubbock attorney Davis Smith.

Vanilla Ice is best known for his 1990 hit “Ice Ice Baby,” and has released a number of other songs and has appeared in multiple films, including several alongside comedy icon Adam Sandler. Vanilla Ice was also a contestant on Season 23 of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars.”
