Authorities are investigating a Wednesday morning robbery at a local pawn shop.

According to the Amarillo Police Department, officers were dispatched at 10:08AM to a robbery at the EZ Pawn location at 3300 I-40 East. A black male wearing a mask entered the store, pulled a handgun, and demanded money, officers report. The subject then left the store with an undisclosed amount of money and merchandise. No injuries were reported from the incident.

The suspect is described as a black male, possibly 30-35 years old, wearing a black jacket, gray sweat pants, and a black mask.
