Fewer voters turned out in Potter County, while Randall County saw a substantial jump during the second day of early voting ahead of the March 3 primary elections.
According to numbers from the Potter County Elections Administrator’s office, 285 ballots were cast during the second day of early voting, down from the 293 ballots cast during the previous day. The Santa Fe Building once again saw the highest turnout in the county during the second day, while numbers show the United Amigos location also saw a large jump compared to the previous day.
In Randall County, however, more ballots were cast during the second day of voting. 728 voters cast their ballots on the second day of voting, surpassing the 501 ballots cast during the previous day. The Randall County Annex on South Western once again saw the highest turnout in the county.
Voters will continue to cast early votes through February 28.
