Potter and Randall Counties See Early Voting Uptick Wednesday

Both Potter and Randall County saw a day-to-day increase in early voter turnout on Wednesday, according to new numbers released on Thursday.

In Potter County, 498 voters turned out to the polls, well above the 309 recorded turnout reported on Tuesday. In Potter, most of the early votes came from the Santa Fe Building location, while The Craig location was second place.

For Randall County, several marquee contests continue to drive high turnout. 1,201 voters turned out in Randall County on Wednesday, with the Randall County Annex and the Region 16 Education Service Center seeing the highest turnout.

In total, just under 7,000 early votes have been cast in Randall County so far, while Potter has recorded just under 3,000 early votes. These totals do not include total mail-in ballots received.

Early voting runs through Friday. Election day is March 3.
